How the Custom Process Works
1. Secure Your Spot: Purchase this deposit listing to lock in your custom order slot.
2. Share Your Vision: After purchasing, leave a note at checkout or use our contact form to share the item style you want, your preferred color palette, and any design preferences.
3. Choose Your Fabric: I will reach out to you with photos of my current, curated stock of vintage textiles so you can pick the perfect print.
4. Final Invoice & Creation: Once we finalize the fabric and design details, I will send a final invoice for the remaining balance. As soon as that is paid, I will get to work handcrafting your piece!
Custom Order Policies
Deposit Policy: The custom deposit is non-refundable and will be fully applied toward the final price of your completed custom order.
Production Timeline: Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the date the final invoice is paid for your item to be handcrafted and shipped.
Final Sale: Because custom items are specially tailored to your personal taste, they are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
